Jeremy is RITHM’s Founder and CEO, serving as a visionary and strategic advisor. At the start of his career, Jeremy learned the ins and outs of the construction industry and identified glaring usage gaps in construction information technology. To help fill these gaps, Jeremy founded RITHM in 2012 and has since expanded the company’s partnerships across the country. Jeremy, a Louisiana native, earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from ULL, and loves to travel and cook in his free time.
Andrew is the Communications Manager at RITHM. Andrew creates, implements and oversees a communications plan that effectively describes and promotes RITHM and its products and services. His main goal is to ensure that we are engaging with our customers and providing best practices in leveraging their data systems and processes. Andrew, a Louisiana native, holds a Bachelor’s in English from Nicholls State University and served three years as Editor of the Plaquemine Post South Newspaper before joining our team.
Calyn, a Zachary, Louisiana native, is the Digital Media Specialist at RITHM and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in History from Louisiana State University. Calyn helps develop our brand awareness by managing digital content through our social media accounts, website and advertisements. Before joining the RITHM team, Calyn was an Office Administrator at a child development center. When she is not working, Calyn enjoys reading, cooking, and playing video games.
Geoff, a native of Plymouth, Minnesota, is a Business Strategy Parter at RITHM and plays a key role in guiding our leadership team towards the successful execution of our business strategy. Before joining the construction industry, Geoff worked as a technology journalist, began a non-profit company, and launched a foundation for a community health system focused on facilitating innovation. In his free time, Geoff loves to cook, listen to live music, play with his dog and spend quality time with his wife. Geoff holds a degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ashley, a Gonzales, Louisiana native, is the Organizational Development Manager at RITHM and she makes sure every employee has all of the training and development necessary so we can reach our strategic goals. She earned her Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and Master’s in Human Resource Education from Louisiana State University. Before joining our team, Ashley was the HR Generalist at The Lemoine Company. When she isn’t working, Ashley is usually binging on Netflix or working out at the gym.
